We are Hiring for our Client: MATRIX HOSPITAL Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Hospital Marketing Executive to promote hospital services, increase patient footfall, and build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, and referral partners. The role involves field marketing, outreach programs, and brand-building activities to drive sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Patient & Referral Growth: Generate patient referrals through doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and nursing homes Build and maintain strong relationships with referring doctors and healthcare partners Increase OPD, IPD, health check-up, and specialty service volumes 2. Field Marketing & Outreach: Conduct field visits to doctors, clinics, corporates, and residential communities Organize health camps, CMEs, awareness programs, and medical camps Promote hospital services, specialties, and doctors in assigned territory 3. Corporate & Institutional Marketing: Identify and onboard corporate clients for health check-ups and empanelments Coordinate with HR/admin teams of corporates for tie-ups and wellness programs Support insurance, TPA, and cashless empanelment activities 4. Brand Promotion: Execute marketing activities such as banners, standees, brochures, and events Support digital marketing campaigns by coordinating local promotions Ensure hospital branding visibility in the assigned area 5. Reporting & Coordination: Maintain daily activity reports, visit logs, and lead trackers Coordinate with doctors, operations, and front-office teams Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and growth opportunities Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication & interpersonal skills Convincing and relationship-building ability Field marketing & healthcare sales knowledge Basic understanding of hospital services and medical terminology Target-driven and self-motivated Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in hospital, diagnostic center, pharma, or healthcare marketing Willingness to travel extensively within the city/region Passion for healthcare service growth Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Travel allowance / reimbursement Career growth opportunities in hospital management Please share Resumes to: jobs@StaffingPe.com Thanks, StaffingPe HR
