Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the hotel’s brand, services, and facilities through online and offline marketing activities. The role focuses on increasing visibility, driving direct bookings, and enhancing guest engagement to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote rooms, banquets, F&B outlets, and special offers.
• Coordinate with designers and agencies for creative materials.
• Manage and update all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create engaging content, photos, and videos for digital promotion.

2. Digital Marketing

• Work on SEO, SMO, Google Ads, and online promotions to boost website traffic and direct bookings.
• Monitor and respond to guest reviews on Google and social media platforms.
• Prepare monthly reports on digital reach, engagement, and ROI.

3. Brand & Public Relations

• Maintain the hotel’s brand standards across all promotional materials.
• Build and maintain relationships with local media, influencers, and corporate clients.
• Coordinate and promote events, campaigns, and collaborations.

4. Sales Coordination

• Support the sales team with promotional materials and client proposals.
• Assist in creating rate plans, packages, and special promotions.
• Participate in local events, exhibitions, and corporate visits for brand visibility.

5. Reporting & Analysis

• Track marketing activities and analyze performance metrics.
• Submit monthly marketing activity and ROI reports to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality sales.
• Strong knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and creative skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
