Role Description This is a full-time work-from-office role for a Customer Service Representative at Six Red Marbles India in Chennai. Specific duties, activities, and responsibilities • Coordinate projects between Customers and Production teams. • Ensure communication is well-maintained between clients and all internal groups. Build good rapport with the customers. • Acknowledge client emails as quickly as possible OR within the stipulated time • Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality. • Review deliverables and provide feedback to production where required. • Keep track of pricing, project-specific budget, and volume report. • Ensure timely billing of projects. • Based on the client’s instructions, provide input to production to revise SOPs. Qualifications and Skills Required • Typesetting knowledge with a minimum of 3 years in customer service, if it is in Trade background then it will be an additional benefit • Excellent communication skills
