We are an end-to-end provider of publishing solutions focused on the creation, management, re-purposing, and distribution of content and information. We provide publishing and rich media services for scientific, technical, healthcare, education, and trade books to over 60 publishers across the world – and help them publish faster, smarter, and better. We also provide technology services and solutions to various clients based on the strengths we have built over our close to 20 years of experience.

Role:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects between the Customers and Production teams and ensure communication is well-maintained between clients and all internal groups

• Translate customer-supplied documents such as specifications, emails, manuscripts, etc. from German to English, and explain the customer’s instructions to the production teams.

• Perform quality check to cover style, content and special instructions, etc. before sharing the files with the customer.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time with quality.

• Address internal complaints/issues that affects quality and schedule of the project, and escalate any external complaints as per the defined process.

• Keep track of pricing, project specific budget, and volume report.

• Ensure projects are billed on time.

• Provide projection/forecast information to the production team every quarter.

• Should work on English projects when not engaged with other assignments or when the workload is low.

• Should support other CSR/PMs during periods of high workload.

• Should provide German/French language training to team members as needed.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Should have completed B2 Level in German

• Good Communication in English

• e-publishing industry experience and/or experience in customer communication in German will be an added advantage
