Role Description

Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Company Secretary to ensure compliance with all ROC-related statutory requirements and maintain necessary records.
• Accurately record all transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
• Learn and implement ROC compliances.
• Initiate accurate bank payments on behalf of the company.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Must:

  Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounts or Corporate Secretaryship.

• Good to have:

  Post-graduation in M.Com or related finance field.
• Proficiency in Tally and MS Office.
• Understanding of relevant accounting principles and regulations.
• Knowledge of company net banking is an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong communication skills.
