Marketing Executive -Social Media and Organic SEO

About the Role: We’re looking for a versatile and hands-on Marketing Executive who specializes in social media and organic SEO . This isn’t just a scheduling role — we need someone who understands content psychology, audience behavior, platform algorithms, and how to consistently build visibility and engagement. You’ll take full ownership of our social media presence across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Quora , while also managing on-page and off-page SEO efforts to drive sustained organic growth. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform Create and manage platform-specific content calendars (Instagram Reels, LinkedIn carousels, Pinterest pins, Quora threads, etc.) Track and leverage platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts to maximize reach Engage with communities, respond to interactions, and build an authentic online presence Monitor analytics and continuously optimize content for growth and performance SEO Plan and implement on-page SEO (meta tags, keyword optimization, internal linking) Support and guide off-page SEO efforts (backlink strategy, content collaborations, citation building) Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking using SEO tools Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure SEO is built into every asset What You’ll Need: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing and SEO Strong understanding of each platform’s content formats, audience dynamics, and algorithms Solid grasp of SEO fundamentals, tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs), and reporting Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills A self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and initiative Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Evening shift Monday to Friday UK shift Work Location: On the road
