Marketing Executive

As a Marketing Manager at our hospital in Purnia, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, doctors, and health packages. Your role will involve planning and executing promotional events, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with doctors, corporate clients, diagnostic centers, and referral partners. Additionally, you will create and manage content for social media, website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Coordination with print, electronic, and digital media for advertising and publicity will be part of your daily tasks. Market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities will also fall under your purview. Supporting patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives, monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ROI, and lead generation are crucial aspects of this role. Collaboration with internal departments such as administration, clinical, and operations to ensure branding consistency is essential. Representing the hospital at exhibitions, community events, and corporate meetings will also be expected from you. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing (preferred) or general marketing. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding. - Ability to build strong networks and maintain client relations. - Result-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel for outreach programs and corporate visits. Please note that this is a full-time position reporting to the Marketing Manager / Hospital Administrator. The work location is in Purnia, and the employment type is full-time.
