Marketing Executive

Job Description: You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, doctors, and health packages. Additionally, you will plan and execute promotional events, health camps, seminars, and awareness programs. Building and maintaining relationships with doctors, corporate clients, diagnostic centers, and referral partners will be crucial. You will create and manage content for social media, website, brochures, newsletters, and other promotional materials. Coordination with print, electronic, and digital media for advertising and publicity will be part of your responsibilities. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities is also expected. Supporting patient engagement and satisfaction initiatives will be essential, along with monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, ROI, and lead generation. Collaborating with internal departments (administration, clinical, operations) to ensure branding consistency and representing the hospital at exhibitions, community events, and corporate meetings will also be part of your role. Qualification & Skills: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing (preferred) or general marketing. - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and branding. - Ability to build strong networks and maintain client relations. - Result-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to travel for outreach programs and corporate visits.
