Role Description

Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• CRM Marketing:

   Manage and update CRM database, assist in running targeted campaigns, and track customer engagement.

• SEO & Web Research:

   Conduct keyword research, optimise content for search engines, and perform competitor/market research.

• Content & Social Website Research:

   Support content creation, gather insights for blogs, social media posts, and website updates.

• Graphic Design & Visual Content:

   Create engaging visuals, creatives, and marketing collaterals using tools like Canva/Photoshop.

• WhatsApp Marketing & Lead Generation:

   Execute WhatsApp campaigns, nurture leads, and support the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Assist in preparing campaign performance reports and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 0–1 year of marketing experience (internship/freelance experience acceptable).
• Basic knowledge of 

  SEO, digital marketing, and social media platforms.

• Creativity in content writing, graphic design, or visual storytelling.

• Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or lead generation techniques

   is a plus.
• Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.

Good At Skills (Preferred)

• Proficiency in 

  Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)

• Ability to design visually appealing creatives using Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator

• Strong content writing, copywriting, or storytelling ability

• Knowledge of social media advertising

   (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
• Understanding of 

  marketing automation, WhatsApp API, or email marketing tools

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and report campaign performance
