Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Student Outreach

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract qualified candidates and students to the company
Build relationships with educational institutions, colleges, and universities
Organize and participate in campus recruitment drives and career fairs
Create compelling recruitment campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Marketing & Brand Promotion

Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to enhance company visibility
Manage social media presence and content marketing initiatives
Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content
Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives

Relationship Management

Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and training centers
Network with industry professionals and potential candidates
Manage client relationships and identify new business opportunities
Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions

Performance Analytics

Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness
Monitor recruitment metrics and candidate quality
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and ROI
Optimize strategies based on data- driven insights

Required Qualifications Education

Preferred:
MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Alternative:
Bachelors degree with relevant marketing experience
Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus

Experience

1- 4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in IT/technology sector
Experience in talent acquisition or campus recruitment preferred
Proven track record in lead generation and conversion

Skills & Competencies

Communication:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Digital Marketing:
Proficiency in social media marketing, content creation, and online campaigns
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong networking abilities and relationship- building skills
Technology:
Familiarity with marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite

Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Creativity:
Innovative thinking for campaign development and problem- solving
