Job Summary:The Marketing Executive will support and execute marketing strategies to promote hospital services, build brand awareness, and attract new patients. They will coordinate with internal departments and external partners for campaigns and outreach activities. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and executing marketing and outreach activities. Visit doctors, clinics, and referral partners to promote hospital services. Distribute promotional materials and ensure visibility of hospital branding. Assist in organizing health camps, seminars, and community engagement events. Track competitor activities and report market trends. Coordinate with the digital marketing team for online promotions. Maintain database of referrals and follow-up visits. Provide regular reports on outreach performance and targets. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in healthcare marketing preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally. Target-driven with a proactive approach. The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing department and oversee the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to enhance the hospital’s brand visibility, patient inflow, and referral network. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement hospital-wide marketing strategies. Manage and mentor the marketing team. Build relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and corporate clients. Oversee advertising, public relations, digital marketing, and brand campaigns. Monitor marketing performance through analytics and KPIs. Plan and manage budgets for marketing campaigns and events. Collaborate with departments to promote new services or specialties. Ensure consistent branding and communication across all channels. Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing performance. Requirements:Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 4–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent networking, communication, and strategic planning skills. Knowledge of digital marketing tools
