Job Description

  • Customer Engagement:Greeting customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing expert advice on suitable two-wheeler models.
  • Sales Generation:Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through various channels like cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Product Knowledge:Demonstrating the features and benefits of different two-wheeler models and explaining their technical specifications.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Negotiating prices, finalizing sales, and arranging finance and insurance options for customers.
  • After-Sales Service:Building and maintaining strong customer relationships, providing excellent after-sales support, and addressing customer queries and concerns.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales goals of the dealership.
  • Market Awareness:Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
  • Relationship Building:Building rapport with customers, the local motorcycle community, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the two-wheeler industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and establish strong relationships.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Good understanding of two-wheeler features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Customer Service Skills: Commitment to providing excellent customer service and addressing customer concerns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using CRM software, preparing sales reports, and managing customer data.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid two-wheeler license is typically required.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Participating in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborating with other members of the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Event Participation: Participating in sales events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company's products.
  • Reporting: Preparing and submitting regular sales reports and forecasts.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
