Job Description

As a HR Manager, your responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new staff for the department. You will also be involved in training, counseling, and coaching the existing staff. It will be your duty to oversee the daily workflow of the department and handle discipline and termination of employees as per company policy. In the role of a Corporate Trainer, you will be responsible for providing both offline and online training to employees. Additionally, you will need to go on field visits occasionally and prepare reports and draft emails as required. The job is based in Lucknow and requires 0-1 year of work experience. The remuneration offered is as per industry standards. The ideal candidate must be a Graduate or Post Graduate, and both fresher and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule and work location being in person.,
