Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies for stone/mining products.
Identify new markets, dealers, distributors, and project-based clients.
Conduct market research to analyze demand, pricing trends, and competitor activities.
Generate leads and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
Manage client relationships with architects, builders, contractors, exporters, and traders.
Coordinate with mining, production, and logistics teams for order execution.
Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Handle digital marketing activities (website, social media, online inquiries).
Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and MIS for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry norms.

Preferred candidate profile:

Graduate/Post Graduate in any.
2-5 years of experience in Marketing/Sales.
Experience in B2B marketing will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of mining/stone products and market dynamics.
Ability to travel extensively to mine sites and customer locations.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Customer-centric approach with strong follow-up skills.
