Job Description – Marketing Executive (IT Industry) 📍 Location: Nanpura, Surat 🕒 Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM 💰 Salary: Up to ₹35,000 (based on experience & skills)   Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive with a strong background in the IT/Software industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales growth through both digital and offline channels.   Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and execute digital & offline marketing campaigns aligned with company goals. Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies to optimize strategies. Support the sales team with qualified lead generation and conversion initiatives. Develop engaging content, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials to promote services. Handle social media, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and paid ads to improve digital presence. Coordinate and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and IT seminars to promote the brand. Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports & analytics, and recommend improvements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors for branding activities.   Requirements: Must have prior experience in Marketing within the IT/Software industry. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field. 2–4 years of proven experience in digital and offline marketing. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO, Social Media, etc.). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-driven environment. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
