Marketing Executive

Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Reports to: Kanchan Parekh Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through various channels, including but not limited to, cold calling, email marketing, and social media. The goal is to meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and contribute to the growth of our sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities: 1. Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and other channels 2. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and decision-makers 3. Utilize CRM software to track and manage leads, update lead status, and ensure accurate data entry 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads 5. Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) 6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments 7. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services and target market Requirements: 1. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related field 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills 3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines 4. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions 7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: 1. Experience with lead generation tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot) 2. Familiarity with sales methodologies and processes 3.
