Marketing Executive

Cafe-21, a bustling restaurant offering both dine-in and online food order/delivery, is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy, primarily focusing on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to drive customer engagement, online orders, and foot traffic.
• Design and schedule daily organic posts across our social media platforms to maintain an active and engaging online presence.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and apply that knowledge to enhance our digital marketing efforts.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the Graphics Designer to ensure brand consistency and visually appealing content.
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
• Assist with other general marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Facebook and Instagram advertising and content creation.
• Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts.
• Solid understanding of social media KPIs and web analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for food and the restaurant industry is a plus!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
