Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Handling Greet customers warmly and respectfully. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable gold, diamond, and silver jewellery. Assist customers in trying on products and explaining quality, pricing, weight, and karat details. Build trust and relationships with walk-in and returning customers. 2. Sales & Target Achievement Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Promote ongoing schemes such as gold savings plans and diamond kitty . Upsell and cross-sell premium items or matching sets. 3. Product Knowledge Maintain detailed knowledge of: Gold (22KT, 24KT), Silver, and Diamond jewellery. BIS Hallmark, purity, and weight-based pricing. Making charges and stone charges. Explain offers, discounts, and new arrivals. 4. Display & Stock Management Set up jewellery on counters neatly and securely every morning. Ensure proper display tagging and cleanliness. Report low stock, customer preferences, and fast-moving items to the purchase team. Participate in stock in/out and daily stock check using software. 5. Customer Follow-Up Call new and existing customers for feedback, offers, birthdays, and anniversaries. Update customer details and greetings in the CRM. Encourage reviews on Google and following the showroom’s Instagram page . 6. Discipline & Team Conduct Follow dress code and grooming standards. Attend daily briefings/meetings at 9:45 AM sharp. Do not use personal mobile phones on the showroom floor. Maintain cleanliness and participate in showroom hygiene checks. 7. Requirements: Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass; diploma/degree preferred. Experience: 1+ years in retail/jewellery sales (preferred) , freshers can also apply. Skills: Excellent communication, patience, product knowledge, and selling skills. Language: Proficiency in Punjabi, Hindi, and basic English. Personality: Well-groomed, trustworthy, polite, and energetic. Reporting Generate daily: Sales Summary Scheme Collection Reports Customer Balance Reports Submit daily and monthly financial summaries to the owner/management. 7. Software and Data Maintenance Regularly backup data in Ornate. Ensure accuracy in voucher numbers , invoice formats, and date-wise ledgers. Raise service tickets to Ornate support if any technical issue arises.
