Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to lead the school’s content-driven marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing digital and offline campaigns based on an in-depth understanding of our customers' needs, desires, fears, and aspirations. The Marketing Executive will collaborate with internal teams and external digital partners to generate high-quality leads and strengthen the school’s brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop messaging strategies that align with customer pain points, goals, and motivations.
  • Build and manage content buckets for targeted campaigns to optimise content delivery.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, and WhatsApp.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to script, film, and edit videos, testimonials, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate with external digital marketing agencies to review and optimise performance.
  • Support school open houses, expos, branding drives, and offline promotional events
  • Monitor campaign execution as per the marketing calendar.
  • Track lead quality and conversion metrics in coordination with the Admissions team
  • Maintain weekly/monthly reports, as well as marketing dashboards.
  • Present campaign outcomes and lead generation data directly to the Director

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education or service sector
  • Firm grasp of marketing funnels, content strategy, and customer psychology
  • Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube) and tools like Canva, Excel, etc.
  • Experience working with creative teams and agencies

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
