Market Research & Analysis: - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. - Monitor industry trends and recommend improvements to marketing strategies. 5. Brand Building & Customer Engagement: - Strengthen brand positioning through digital and offline marketing efforts. - Develop relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and distributors. 6. Team Management & Coordination: - Lead and mentor the marketing team to enhance productivity and performance. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities. 7. Reporting & Performance Analysis: - Track and report marketing performance, ROI, and sales conversions. - Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills: - Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience : - Minimum 2-5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in the healthcare or medical field). - Experience in field marketing and sales-driven strategies is a plus. Skills: - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Proficiency in market research, digital marketing, and campaign execution. - Ability to work independently and travel within South Kerala.
