Job Description

Aanchal Hearing Care Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Biomedical Engineer (0–1 year experience) to join our growing technical team. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting our clinics and service centers by assisting in the installation, calibration, and maintenance of audiology and hearing care instruments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and grow in the hearing healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Installation & Maintenance

  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and basic calibration of audiology and hearing aid–related instruments.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks as per schedule.
  • Support in identifying and resolving minor technical issues in coordination with senior engineers.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of equipment service, calibration, and repair records.

2. Technical Support & Coordination

  • Provide basic technical support to audiologists and clinic teams regarding equipment usage.
  • Assist in hearing aid programming system setup and diagnostic software installation.
  • Coordinate with vendors or service partners for equipment-related technical assistance.
  • Support clinics across different locations when required.

3. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all devices are maintained as per company and biomedical safety standards.
  • Follow internal policies for calibration schedules, quality checks, and equipment certifications.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols during equipment handling.

4. Learning & Development

  • Participate actively in technical and product training sessions conducted by the company or manufacturers.
  • Keep updated with the latest technologies and tools used in audiology diagnostics.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm to learn and develop technical skills under expert guidance.

  • Audiometers (Diagnostic & Screening)
  • Tympanometers (Impedance Audiometry Units)
  • OAE (Otoacoustic Emission) Devices
  • ABR (Auditory Brainstem Response) Systems
  • Hearing Aid Analyzers & Programming Units
  • Speech Audiometry Systems
  • Sound Level Meters and Calibration Tools

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Biomedical Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
  • Experience: 0–1 year (internship or exposure in medical device or audiology field preferred).
  • Location : Perinthalmanna (Candidates preferred from Perinthalmanna or nearby areas)
  • Travel Requirements: Yes - All Kerala & Tami lNadu Branches
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electronics, medical instrumentation, and calibration procedures.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to documentation
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute within a team environment

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
