Marketing Executive - Female

Role Overview: As a Marketing Executive, you will be instrumental in driving business growth through direct client interactions, sales activities, and promotional efforts in the field. Your primary responsibility will be to promote the company's services, primarily in the medical sector, by traveling within the assigned region. You will play a crucial role in meeting potential customers, generating leads, conducting promotional activities, analyzing the market, managing relationships, participating in events, and maintaining essential records. Key Responsibilities: - Meet potential customers to promote hearing care services. - Provide detailed information about offerings to clients. - Identify and target new business opportunities. - Follow up on leads and convert them into customers. - Distribute marketing materials, samples, and brochures. - Gather customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team. - Monitor competitors" activities and market trends. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, healthcare professionals, and partners. - Support local events, health camps, and exhibitions. - Maintain daily records of sales, customer interactions, and field activities. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Graduate in any field (preferred). - Experience: Prior experience in the medical field is an advantage but not mandatory. Freshers are encouraged to apply. - Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Self-motivated, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. - Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. The job type is full-time, and proficiency in English is preferred. A driving license is also preferred. The work location is in person in Erode, Tamil Nadu, with a requirement of 75% travel.,
