Job Description - Marketing

• Working On Enquiries
• Maintain Enquiry Register
• Quotations Making
• Update the Quotation Register
• Follow up with Customers on Phone or by mail
• Reminder mail sending for status of requirement
• Order Booking
• Purchase Order - file update - purchase order acceptance mail sent to the customer
• After receiving the order enter in ERP - making PI and mail to the customer
• After receiving the Order follow up for advance payment / Drawing approval
• Contract review file Updating - one copy given to the sales dept
• Sales bill file Updating
• Documents Courier
• IF any cases release the Testing Instructions/ Purchase clearance / Dispatch Instruction
• Updating the Customer Accounts
• Emergency cases the follow up for the Payment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
