Responsibilities-
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, promoting our services, reaching sales targetsDoing Cold-call prospective clients and introduce our Recruitments services & convert them in Leads.Identify potential clients and set up Virtual OR F2F appointments. Follow up with leads through phone and email, WhatsApp.Reach and exceed daily, weekly & monthly targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales and leads generated.Collaborate with the Seniors to develop new strategies for lead generationProvide feedback and recommendations for improving the sales processStay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments

Required Skills
Interest & Excellent knowledge of telemarketing and cold calling with passion for sales & success.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.Have own laptop with a high-speed internet connection.. Collaborating with HR on the relevant hiring needs. Identify the most efficient strategies and mediums to draw in candidates.

Requirements
Any Graduate in HR, marketing, or similar Previous experience in recruitment, HR, marketing, or PRStrong knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies and processesGreat creativity and communication abilitiesThe ability to stay current with marketing trends in the recruitment world.
