Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products in alignment with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Plan and implement promotional campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to support product launches and promotional activities.
Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
Manage relationships with external agencies, medical professionals, and key stakeholders.
Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory and medical guidelines.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and regulatory environment.
Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
