Role & responsibilities

Referral Program Development & Execution

Design and implement structured referral marketing campaigns targeting doctors, clinics, corporates, and community leaders.
Develop co-branded materials and referral kits for distribution.
Set up and manage referral tracking systems to monitor performance and ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians, specialists, and healthcare providers.
Conduct regular visits and communications with referral sources to ensure continued engagement.
Provide updates to referrers about patient outcomes and hospital services.

Marketing & Communication

Coordinate with digital marketing teams to promote referral programs via social media and hospital websites.
Organize community outreach events and health camps to generate leads.
Analyze referral data and prepare performance reports for management.
