Role & responsibilities

She/he is teacher in nursing college, responsible to the head of the department\professor and responsible for planning and implementation of clinical teaching program

• Academic Function

• Responsible for planning and implementation of clinical teaching program.

Clinical supervision of students and maintenance of clinical record of the students.

• Teaching subjects in the curriculum as per the direction of HOD.
• Overall supervision of clinical teaching program of subjects in hospital/Clinical/community settings.
• Maintains classroom equipments, supplies and teaching aids.
• Conduct test for (theory and practical) and evaluation of students assignment and performance.
• Preparing teaching materials and implementing it under guidance of other teachers.
• Helping the students with extracurricular activities.
• Clinical responsibility of the students
• Maintenance and updation of respective labs
• Assessment of record of the students
• Clinical activity and clinical file preparation planning for the examination or evaluation scheme
• Other responsibility as per the management delegation
• Participation in maintenance of various committees.

• Administration and Evaluation

• Assisting in the administration of the school of nursing.
• Supervision of student health, welfare and security.
• Assisting the selections of students and administration.
• Supervision of living condition of students in the hostel.
• Assist in teaching of other categories of personnel in the hospital and community.
• Assisting in the procurement of school supplies and equipment.
• Assisting in the library work.
• Assisting in maintaining school records.
• Planning and implementation and evaluation of specification courses.
• Shall carry out any other duties assigned by the principal or head of the department in the department in the interest of education.

• Class Coordinator

• Responsible for overall planning of the students
• Maintenance of attendance/Absent/Leave record of the students
• Maintenance of other record pertaining to the students
• Daily attendance of the students
• To Participate Comprehensively in all quality program.
• Any other jobs assigned by superior.
