Role Description Carps Learning is hiring passionate and experienced Tutors for various departments. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, mentoring students, preparing learning materials, conducting assessments, and helping learners achieve exam or subject mastery. You will work closely with the academic team to maintain teaching standards and ensure an engaging, supportive, and interactive learning environment. This role is ideal for educators who are committed to student success and enjoy teaching with clarity, creativity, and professionalism. Subjects Hiring For: IELTS | NEET | GMAT | GRE | CAT | Computer Science | IT | Digital Marketing | Spanish | French Qualifications Strong expertise in test preparation for standardized exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, CAT, GRE, and GMAT . Excellent instructional and tutoring skills in academic subjects related to the study abroad curriculum . Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and mentoring abilities to support diverse learners. Capability to design customized lesson plans and deliver personalized learning strategies based on student needs. Proven ability to assess student strengths, identify improvement areas, and provide clear, actionable feedback . Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage. Previous teaching or tutoring experience in classroom or one-on-one settings is required. Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field; advanced degrees or teaching/test-prep certifications are preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple learners efficiently. Experience required: 2 to 3 years in teaching, tutoring, or academic training roles.
