Sales & Marketing Executive Job Summary: We're looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our software products and drive revenue growth. As a field sales professional, you'll identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and ensure successful product promotion. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to achieve software product sales targets. - New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base. - Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote software products. - Product Knowledge: Collaborate with the product development team to understand product features and benefits. - Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs. - Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including product demos and contract negotiations. - Sales Reporting: Prepare and present sales reports to management. Requirements: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing within the software industry. - Skills: - Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic knowledge of tools like Microsoft Office or Google Suite. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. - Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in B2B sales or a similar role. - Familiarity with software products and technologies. - Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and digital marketing strategies ¹ ². Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: Bapuji Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
