Job Description

As a Marketing Engineer in the Export Sales department, your role involves a variety of day-to-day responsibilities: - **Product Application and Optimization**: - Review technical specifications from customers and optimize equipment layouts for projects - Analyze customer product selections and suggest alternative models for layout enhancement, energy efficiency, pricing, and compliance with local standards - **Customer and Sales Representative Support**: - Offer support and advice to external Sales Representatives - Aid with order entry and product selection using Spectrum software - Develop, educate, and train Sales Representatives and clients through product or systems presentations - Gather warranty-related information to assist in diagnosing issues and entering information into the quality management system - **Order and Documentation Management**: - Review, approve, and ensure all supporting order documentation is collected and uploaded - Approve submittal documentation for accuracy, manage change orders, and communicate progress to customers and operations - **Sales and Marketing Collaboration**: - Liaise with global sales, marketing, product development, and operations teams - Coordinate sales visits, participate in industry events, and join video calls with teams across different regions - **Training and Development**: - Provide product and technical training, as well as Spectrum software training to assigned Representatives and new employees - **Market Development and Promotional Materials**: - Contribute to technical seminars, promotional activities, and equipment exhibitions - Create and update marketing and strategic documents, sales tools, and competitive analysis tools - **Operational Excellence and Process Management**: - Manage standard operating procedures, document new processes accurately and promptly - Review current procedures for improvements and cost savings - **Hosting and Factory Tours**: - Assist in tours of facilities to ensure a comprehensive and educational experience for visitors - Make arrangements for broadcasting the visit, transport, hotels, and dinner locations - **Product and Marketing Material Production**: - Collate data and drawings for sales tools and documents, including flyers, brochures, and manuals - Create and update external marketing materials and ensure accurate broadcast of strategic documents In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be involved in developing and implementing annual success targets, maintaining safe work practices, and carrying out other duties and projects consistent with the company's vision, mission, and values. To excel in this role, you are required to have: - A university degree in an engineering discipline - Experience in mechanical work, equipment sales, or customer interaction roles - Detail orientation, communication and coordination skills, time management, multitasking abilities, problem-solving skills, language proficiency, travel flexibility, and presentation skills.,
