The Customer Marketing Manager will lead Client's customer marketing initiatives, overseeing the development of strategies that foster long-term customer relationships and drive business growth. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, analyzing customer data, and executing marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. The Customer Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring Client's marketing efforts are aligned with customer needs and expectations.Role requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/design Lead the development and execution of customer-focused marketing strategies that align with Client's business objectives. Oversee the creation of customer-centric content, campaigns, and promotions across multiple channels, including digital, events, and customer communications. Analyze customer data to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts, enhancing customer retention and satisfaction. Manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives designed to increase engagement and maximize lifetime value. Collaborate with sales, product, and digital marketing teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement. Provide leadership and guidance to the customer marketing team, ensuring the effective execution of initiatives. Monitor and report on key metrics, ensuring the continuous improvement of customer marketing efforts. What are we looking for?
