HEM's are directly impacting outcomes:POC for the markets /sub entities as per commitment made Adoption to achieve value case Capability uplift for bp retained teamsContinuous on the job change agentsRole requires Digital Marketing Ads & Promotion creation/designIn this role, you will be expected to leverage marketing research analytics to use a set of processes to link the producers, customers, and end users to the marketer through information, which will be used to identify and define marketing opportunities and problems; generate, refine, and evaluate marketing actions; monitor marketing performance; and improve understanding of marketing as a process. What are we looking for? Local point of contact connecting Hub and priority markets to drive the change and adoption plan, provide an integration into local market teams to build confidence and reassurance on the new team structure working with the hub and to drive local market understanding back into the hub Promote Market's usage of services provided by the Global Marketing Hub to help drive consistency and quality of delivery as well as support achievement of the business case Review with the Market teams which of the assets created by Global NoEs as part of the Master Asset Toolkit are fit for localisation from the digital asset management library and drive re-use where possible over any net new production requests Provide direction and guidance on how to use SynOps to brief work into the hub and co-ordinate with the hub Manage updates and alignment on the market specific quarterly demand plans and manage forecast Coordinate and help hub prioritize for urgent requests ahead of SLAs when sanctioned by the Marketing Excellence NoE Hub Demand Manager Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts Qualifications Any Graduation
