We’re looking for an early-career, hands-on Integrated Growth & Content Associate who can wear multiple hats across social media, content, design, and paid acquisition. You’ll help build brand awareness, drive beta registrations, and produce high-quality creative and editorial assets for Law Vriksh — from daily social posting to running ads and turning long-form research into snackable content.-6 months intership periodCore responsibilities
- Social & Community (LinkedIn, Instagram, X): plan and execute a social calendar, create and schedule daily posts, monitor and engage with the community, and adapt content to trending formats.- Content creation & repurposing: write blogs, newsletters, case studies and convert long-form content into reels, carousels, infographics, and short posts aligned with our voice.- Design & creative production: produce on-brand visual assets for social, landing pages, and ads using Figma/Canva; collaborate with freelance designers/motion editors when needed.- Performance marketing: support planning, execution and optimization of paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta) to drive beta signups; run A/B tests and track conversions.- Analytics & optimization: track content and campaign performance using analytics tools, derive insights, and iterate to improve CTR/engagement/CPL.- Cross-functional collaboration:coordinate with product, content leads, legal/subject-matter experts, and external freelancers to deliver timely assets.- Process & tools: maintain content calendars, use scheduling/automation tools (Buffer / HubSpot / n8n), and help document campaign learnings.Qualifications
- 0–3 years experience across social media, content, design or performance marketing (combination of internships, freelancing, college projects is fine).- Comfortable creating written content (blogs, short social copy) and designing simple visuals in Figma, Canva, or Adobe.- Basic understanding of paid media (campaign setup, targeting, tracking) and A/B testing principles.- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, HubSpot, Mixpanel or platform insights).- Strong creative instincts, trend-awareness, and ability to adapt tone for professional/legal audiences.- Good organizational skills and ability to hit tight deadlines.- Bonus: exposure to legal-tech, law, or professional services; basic video editing or motion graphics experience.What success looks like (first 6months)
- A consistent social calendar with daily posts and steady engagement growth.- 2–3 high-quality repurposed assets (reels/carousels) per week.- Initial paid campaign set-up and first learnings on CPL/registration quality.- Clean content/campaign documentation and repeatable processes for scaling.Tools you’ll likely use
