This position involves collaborating with various departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts that align with the organization's objectives. The coordinator is responsible for analyzing market trends, developing content, and overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media & Digital Presence:
Oversee and execute social media campaigns while creating engaging on-camera content (e.g., promotional videos, product demos, event coverage) to increase brand visibility, awareness, and audience engagement across all digital platforms.
2. Video Presentation & Hosting:
Act as the face of the brand in marketing videos, social media reels, and event coverage. Present company updates, campaigns, and product features in an engaging, confident, and professional manner.
3. Content Creation & Script Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and script compelling video content aligned with marketing strategies. Ensure that all messaging reflects the brand’s tone and objectives.
4. Campaign Development & Execution:
Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns—integrating video, digital, and print content—to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
5. Strategic Planning:
Assist in developing marketing strategies that leverage both digital and video-based storytelling to connect with target audiences and achieve business goals.
6. Project Coordination:
Coordinate with designers, videographers, editors, and internal departments to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of marketing materials and video content.
7. Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies—using insights to guide campaign direction and video content themes.
8. Performance Tracking:
Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and video content through analytics, tracking engagement metrics, and recommending optimization strategies.
9. Event Coverage & Promotion:
Host and present at company events, trade shows, and product launches. Coordinate marketing efforts and create highlight videos and recaps to amplify event reach.
10. Brand Representation & Communication:
Serve as an on-screen brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional public image. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
11. Budget & Resource Management:
Assist in managing marketing budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI from campaigns and video projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
