Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive/Manager to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to strategic marketing initiatives that align with our company's vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for brochures, websites, and social media channels.
• Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to promote our products and services.
• Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate and nurture leads, converting prospects into clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5-10 years in marketing roles, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite, Peb knowledge put advantage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
