Roles Responsibilities

Coordinate Marketing Activities for Manufacturing Client Accounts Handle Client Coordination, Client Servicing, Customer Support, and Client Follow-up Support B2B Marketing Campaigns, Promotional Activities, and Brand Engagement Maintain MIS, Excel Sheets, Data Management, and Back Office Records Track Packaging Material, Client-owned Materials, and assist in Client Documentation Coordinate with Manufacturing Operations, Factory Teams, Stores, and Dispatch Teams Assist in Telecalling, Customer Care, and Client Escalation Handling Ensure smooth B2B Client Coordination, Marketing Support, and Operations Support

Eligibility Preferred Background

Graduate / Post-Graduate - BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, BCA, MBA, MCom, MSc Freshers and candidates with experience in Marketing Coordination, Client Servicing, B2B Marketing, Operations Support, or Back Office Operations can apply Knowledge of Cosmetics Industry, Pharma Industry, FMCG Manufacturing, B2B Client Coordination, Export Import, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or Merchant Handling is an added advantage Strong English Communication, Coordination Skills, Teamwork, Problem-Solving Ability, and Marketing Client Management Skills
