Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Marketing Coordinator to manage back-office marketing operations, digital campaigns, and coordination between teams and external partners. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with the design team for catalogs, posts, and creatives Run and track WhatsApp & email campaigns using automation tools Extract and manage international buyer data (LinkedIn, Apollo, ImportYeti) Schedule and manage social media content Liaise with web developers to update website content (no coding needed) Prepare reports on campaign results and lead generation Support product launch materials, exhibitions, and promotional content Work with tie-up partners and vendors for timely execution of all marketing activities ✅ Candidate Requirements: 0–3 years of experience in digital or export marketing preferred Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills Familiarity with tools like Canva, Trello, Mailchimp, WhatsApp API Experience working with teams and external marketing service providers Organized, result-oriented, and responsible
