Marketing Content Manager

We’re looking for a scrappy, versatile content marketer who can wear multiple hats. Someone who can hustle, drive strategy when needed, and also roll up their sleeves to execute - from content direction to editing video clips, designing graphics, or jumping into campaign management.

• Develop and manage end-to-end content marketing campaigns (blogs, social, email, video).
• Script, edit, and publish video content optimized for web and social platforms.
• Design visuals, graphics, and marketing creatives using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite.
• Write copy that’s sharp, clear, and adapted to different channels (social, ads, landing pages, blogs).
• Track performance across campaigns, experiment with formats, and optimize for engagement.
• Collaborate across teams to align messaging, brand voice, and creative execution.
• Handle both strategy and execution — comfortable moving from ideation to getting your hands dirty in the tools.

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing or creative roles.
• Hands-on skills in video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).
• Strong design sense and experience with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Copywriting chops: able to switch tone and style depending on the channel.
• Comfort with data - basic analytics skills to measure and improve campaigns.
• A hustler’s mindset: proactive, fast, adaptable, and resourceful.
• Must be available to work EST hours.
