What You’ll Own & Drive

1. YouTube Leadership

• Develop and execute a winning

  YouTube content strategy

  for long-form videos.
• Own the journey from

  content ideation, research, and scripting to publishing and performance tracking

  .
• Build

  brand IPs

  —series and formats that become synonymous with Airlearn.

2. Organic Growth & SEO

• Drive

  organic traffic and visibility

  across search and video platforms.
• Use

  SEO best practices

  to optimise content for discoverability and ranking.
• Grow audience engagement

  without depending on paid ads

  .

3. Storytelling & Production

• Write

  compelling scripts

  that hook viewers from start to finish.
• Oversee

  end-to-end video production

  —briefing, shooting, editing, and post-production.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality outputs.

4. Brand Positioning & Awareness

• Craft and distribute content that reinforces Airlearn’s

  position as a thought leader in EdTech
