Marketing Communications Specialist

Role Overview: As a creative and strategic Marketing Communication Specialist (Marcom) at CYRIX Healthcare Pvt Ltd., you will be responsible for enhancing the brand and market positioning through innovative communication strategies. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing impactful marketing communication plans, managing customer events, creating marketing collaterals, and being the brand custodian internally and externally. Additionally, you will lead KOL marketing, build media presence, manage advertising/creative agencies, and support digital marketing programs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute measurable and impactful marketing communication plans. - Organize and manage customer events, roadshows, webinars, and product launches. - Develop compelling marketing collaterals, content, and sales tools. - Create visual marketing tools such as creatives, graphics, videos, and animations. - Enhance the brand internally and externally as the brand custodian. - Lead KOL marketing initiatives. - Build media presence, develop media relationships, and manage media engagements. - Manage advertising/creative agencies and relationships. - Own employee engagement initiatives. - Support digital marketing programs and market research efforts. Qualifications Required: - Degree/MBA in Marketing/Communications/Event Management. - 4-6 years of proven experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, branding, and internal communications. - Experience in event management and stakeholder engagement. - Familiarity with digital marketing, social media tools, analytics, and Salesforce (SFDC). - Proficiency in creating marketing collaterals and content writing. - Excellent writing, communication skills, and interpersonal skills. - Project management skills. - Working knowledge of Adobe suite (good to have). - Experience in the healthcare industry (good to have).
