Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing & Communications Manager at The Den, Bengaluru. The Marketing & Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing strategic communications, coordinating public relations efforts, drafting press releases, and overseeing projects to promote the hotel's brand. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure consistent and impactful messaging and campaign alignment with the hotel's vision and standards.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication, Marketing Communications, and Strategic Communications
• Experience in creating and distributing Press Releases tailored to various audiences
• Ability to handle multiple marketing initiatives and campaigns simultaneously
• Demonstrated leadership skills, innovative thinking, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing practices is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
• Prior work experience in the Hotel, Hospitality Industry is a must
