Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Experience with JAVA/ JavaScript/Python/.NET development
6+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud technologies, especially experience with Interaction Studio (Personalization)
Knowledge of object-oriented and functional software design.
Hands on experience with building server to server campaign, Mobile SDK and Web SDK.
Prior experience with knowledge of Git and GitHub.
Understanding of Software Development Methodologies.
Understanding of security best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; able to dig in on technical issues, understanding the flow of data and quickly identify and resolve at the point of the problem
Strong collaboration skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and CDP/Data Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices.
Solution Architecture: Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable end-to-end solutions.
Integration: Proficiency in ensuring seamless data flow and integration between systems.
Code Review and Guidance: Ability to conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to present and vet solution designs with architecture teams and review boards.
