Work Location : Pune, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Noida Position Summary : The CJA Lead will be responsible for discovery, design and implementation of CJA requirements i.e. Creation of CJA Reports using dimensions, metrics & analyzing the insights generated. He/she will also be responsible for leading the development team of minimum 2 CJA developers. As part of leading the team, he/she will be responsible for reviewing changes done by the junior developers, guide them for any technical blockers they might be facing. CJA lead is also a client facing role to participate in requirement gathering and technical discussions with client POs & Architects. Essential Functions and Responsibilities CJA Development - Individual Contribution (60%) Strong understanding and hands-on experience with CJA modules including but not limited to Connections, Data Views, Metrics, Dimensions, Calculated Metrics, Projects, Panels. Discovery, design and implementation of technology solutions using Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and RT-CDP Data management Analyze the need of additional data OR reusing existing data present within CJA, as per the reporting requirement from the client Report development - Create CJA Projects/Reports using various metrics, dimensions and various components including Filters & Calculated Metrics. Configuring s & exports. CJA Development - Lead (40%) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers. Lead the discovery, design and implementation of technology solutions using Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Journey Optimizer and RT-CDP Review the changes done by junior CJA developers. Mentor and guide junior team members in technology best practices Technical issue resolution - Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and guide the team for any blockers being faced Helping team to understanding the client requirements and solutioning it for the Junior Developers Qualifications & Skills: Overall IT Experience of 6+ years, with minimum 2+ years of hands-on development experience with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Understanding of Analytics Data Collection using some tag manager is must preferably experienced with Adobe Tag / Launch Experience with Adobe Analytics - proficient with different types of AA report components, evars, props, events, segments. Experience with Adobe Web SDK, Understanding of Adobe Journey Optimizer on high level, Adobe experience Platform Dataset, Query Service would be a plus Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages Excellent written and verbal communication skills. He will also be responsible for leading the development team of minimum 5 developers. As part of leading the team, he will be responsible for reviewing changes done by the junior developers, guide them for any technical blockers they might be facing. AJO lead is also a client facing role to participate in any technical discussion with client POs & Architects. Data management - Build data models, configure data schemas, and apply data quality rules Campaign development - Create AJO Campaigns with relevant Target list (API based OR Audience read) and using various communication channels like Email, SMS, Push notifications Creation of Communication templates - including content fragments by referring the content provided by business/client agencies Campaign execution - Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns across channels using AJO Campaign/Journey AJO out of the box reports Strong understanding of the out of the box reports for AJO journey and Campaigns (24-Hrs and All time reports), analyze the Campaign effectiveness/insights AJO Development - Lead (40%) Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and project managers. Experience working with APIs, RESTful services Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL) Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP) Knowledge of Web Technologies like HTML, and CSS would be a plus Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation Self-starter - Organized and highly motivated Fast learner, ability to learn new technologies/languages Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
