Marketing Campaign Planning & Analytics - Assistant Vice President

As the VP, Marketing Campaign Planning & Analytics Lead within the US Personal Banking (USPB) Marketing Transformation and Delivery (MT&D) organization at Citigroup, you will play a crucial role in driving the execution of complex cross-functional strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing multiple high priority projects in a fast-paced environment, showcasing superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability. - Assisting in projects to improve MT&D operational reporting, integrating processes for operational efficiency, and driving consistency in capacity management structure. - Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and senior executives through effective communication and a commitment to integrity and confidentiality. - Collaborating closely with peers and leadership across Marketing, Lines of Business, and operational teams. - Assessing risks when making business decisions, with a focus on safeguarding Citigroup's reputation, clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Marketing and retail bank/financial services industry. - Proficiency in data driven insights, BI data mining, process analysis, performance benchmarking, descriptive analytics, and Tableau. - Experience with data languages such as Python, SQL, R, and/or Power BI. - Strong attention to detail, advanced project management skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Demonstrated organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, creative problem-solving skills, and sense of ownership. - Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proactive thought leadership. - Proficiency in Windows applications suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project) and experience with business process automation platforms and/or business intelligence tools.
