As a Business Development Executive at IG Mould Technologies, your primary focus will be to identify new market opportunities, generate quality leads, and build awareness for Hot Runner Systems across India. You'll play a key role in expanding reach, driving conversions, and translating complex tech into real business value. This role is perfect for someone with a background in mould/tool assembly and a strong knack for marketing and client engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Generate leads and identify new business opportunities for Hot Runner Technology products and Cold to Hot Runner Conversion services across India. - Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. - Provide technical support and insights to clients regarding Hot Runner Systems. - Collaborate with the Design and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately understood and fulfilled. Qualification Required: - Certification in Tool & Die / Mould Making from NTTF or GTTC (or a related program). - 3-5 years of hands-on experience in mould or Hot Runner assembly/service. - Solid understanding of Hot Runner Systems both technically and practically. - Keen interest in marketing, lead generation, and business development. - Excellent communication and people skills to engage with clients and teams. - A self-starter mindset proactive, independent, and driven to deliver results.
