Job Location: Hyderabad


We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role involves overseeing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a blend of traditional marketing expertise with an understanding of digital platforms to optimize outreach.


Key Responsibilities:

●Develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals.

●Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

●Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, etc.) to deliver integrated marketing plans.

●Utilize digital platforms (social media, email, website, etc.) to increase online visibility and engagement.

●Manage content creation and distribution for digital channels to enhance brand presence.

●Analyze marketing performance data and metrics to optimize campaigns and reporting.

●Assist in event planning, promotions, and public relations activities.

●Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors.

●Ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with the overall brand strategy.


Qualifications:

●Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

●Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing preferred.

●Strong communication and project management skills.

●Creative mindset with an eye for detail.

●Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
