The role is primarily based on the factory floor, requiring a presence in the production area. May involve working in shifts or extended hours to meet production deadlines. Requires a high level of physical stamina and the ability to work in a demanding industrial environment. Ensure attendance of workers in biometrics. Ensure housekeeping and 5S after work hours. Developing and re-shilling workers for machine operations. Machine maintenance and upkeep for continuous production Meeting production deadlines and production planning on a daily basis. Coordination with marketing team and production shift in charges. Worker’s deployment and shift planning.
