About ScaleUp:

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Creator & Influencer Partnerships:

  Identify, onboard, and build lasting relationships with content creators for collaborations and influencer marketing campaigns

• Social Media Management:

  Shape and execute our content calendar, creating compelling content across our social channels

• Performance Analytics:

  Track marketing budget, analyze KPIs, and identify opportunities to improve ROI

• User Research:

  Conduct user and creator interviews, collaborating with our tech team to implement feedback

• Growth Strategy:

  Contribute to innovative user acquisition strategies

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly social media management
• Experience with influencer/creator outreach and partnership building
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently with high ownership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Knowledge of ASO and SEO
• Previous startup experience
