About Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Associate to support our recruitment business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract clients, engage candidates, and strengthen our brand presence in the competitive recruitment space.

Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the strategic Marketing and Client Relationship activities.

• Head hunt clients through different social media (e.g., LinkedIn).

• Should have good knowledge in content making and social media posting.

• To find prospect and meet potential clients.

• Client relationship management.

• Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads.

Qualifications :

• B.Tech/BCA and MBA in marketing (Preferable)

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
