Role :
:We are seeking a motivated fresher for the Marketing Associate role to join our teamIn this role, you will play a key part in driving our marketing initiatives by contributing fresh ideas, analysing market trends, and supporting impactful campaignsThis role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the world of marketing, where you will actively contribute to campaign development, market research, and brand-building activitiesAs a vital part of our dynamic team, youll gain hands-on experience, sharpen your skills, and grow alongside the organization.

Conduct market research to analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities.

Support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and offline promotions.

Assist in content creation for marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.

Maintain and update marketing databases and reports
Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for marketing events, product launches, or promotions.

Monitor and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Experience Required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of marketing concepts and digital marketing tools.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.

Familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Canva, or social media management platforms is a plus.

Qualifications/Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
